Military Children's Camp

2008 Summer Military Camp Was Held July 18 - 19

For over 10 years, The Carter House has provided a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for future historians. Forty-nine boys and girls (ages 6-13) came and learned what life was like 150 years ago.  The campers learned about the lives of the men and women who were affected by the Civil War.

The kids are already looking forward to next summer's camp.  We will keep this sight posted on 2009 dates and prices. To learn more contact the staff at the Cater House 615-791-1861
